It says 25 calories, but then lists 56g of carbs! Mathmatically (and logically) not possible. I'm guessing the calories is a misprint and the rest of the information is correct, but I'm not positive. I've tried just using all whole wheat flour in Reinhart's regular bagel recipe, and it didn't really work, so I usually compromise by using 1/3-1/2 whole wheat flour.
